In my work, I regularly coach highly sensitive people; they possess a particularly fine perception system and an above-average emotional responsiveness.
This talent is both a gift and a burden, because it often leads to excessive expectations, overstimulation and stress, against which high-sensitive people can rarely protect themselves sufficiently. I myself was allowed to learn how to protect myself adequately, thereby counteracting overstimulation and reducing stress.
